Step 1 - Open the Customize dialog |
Choose View > Customize. |

Step 2 - Select Toolbars tab |
In the Customize dialog, select the Toolbars tab. |

Step 3 - Enter new toolbar name |
Click New. In the Toolbar Name dialog, enter a name for the new toolbar, and then click OK. The new, empty toolbar appears on the workspace. You may want to move it above or to the side of the Customize dialog. |

Step 4 - Select the Commands tab |
In the Customize dialog, select the Commands tab. |

Step 5 - Select a menu |
Under Categories on the left side, select a Menu. Its items appear under Commands on the right side. |

Step 6 - Drag icons into new toolbar |
Drag the icons of the desired commands into the new toolbar. |

Step 7 - Repeat until finished |
Repeat steps 5 and 6 until your custom toolbar contains all the desired commands. Click Close to close the Customize dialog. |
